Solar Dominion Fleet Combat is a two player area control game played on a rotating board simulating the orbits of planets, space stations and asteroids around a star. Each player controls several fleets of spaceships and must attempt to capture as much of the solar system as possible, capturing asteroids to gain resources to equip and restore their fleets and planets and space station.
Each turn, the orbit rings rotate, moving both locations and player fleets and changing their relative distances from each other, providing an extra tactical element.
Once a majority of locations have been claimed by either player, the player with the most locations earns a victory point, and the first player to reach the goal wins.
