Solo Adventures in Kara-Tur

Game ID: GID0293408
Collection Status
Description

This module provides four solo adventures that take place within the archipelago nation of Kozakura. These are tests of skill and character, not combat. Weapons will remain sheathed. Each solo adventure has three parts: a journey through a majestic landscape, visiting a remote fishing village for a unique item rumored to be there, and then the return journey.

The themes and ideas herein are greatly inspired by traditional Japanese folklore, both the Sengoku and Edo periods of art, and the canon of fantasy RPG works set in Kara-Tur as established by TSR in first and second edition D&D. Also, it must be emphasized that this is solely a work of fantasy influenced by the Warring States Period. It isn’t intended to be historically accurate.

Use these solo adventures as standalone side quests, integrate them into the plot of your Feudal Japan-inspired fantasy campaign, or just treat yourself to some solo fun.

The adventures are designed for first or second level characters.
