Description

From the introduction:

The malfunctioning TARDIS lands on a planet that looks suspiciously like 20th Century Earth and the Doctor immediately senses that something is amiss. Soon he realises that the commoners are being ruthlessly dominated by those in control and he must intervene to prevent a disaster. As he begins to investigate he is separated from his companions and he finds himself arrested and put in a cell where he is subjected to a mind probe by his captors, Agents Jameson and Smythe.
