Sorcerer - Frostborn

This sorcerer subclass was inspired by the lack of an ice based subclass and was the first ice subclass I made.

Born of the ice and snow Frostborn sorcerers use their connection to the frozen places of the world to freeze their enemies in place and srtide across the snow swept plains as easily as others walk a well trod road.

Mechanically You gain new cantrips and spells, can move across ice and snow easily, and can endure the cold better than most. At later levels you can slow any opponent or entomb a creature in ice. Your final ability allows you to usher in a new ice age (just like arnold).
