Sorcerers are born with innate magic, imparted to them by extraordinary events and through exotic bloodlines. The Beholden One is cursed by a Beholder in an attempt to turn them into a slave; while the Ashborn endured through a trial of magic fire, infusing fire magic into their very core.
This document provides two new subclasses for the Sorcerer class for the 5th edition of Dungeons and Dragons. Both origins are very different in theme and abilities and will provide new possibilities for your games.
Furthermore, a few metagmagic options are also provided, which are, in design, themetically linked to these two origin subclasses but that can be chosen for any other subclasses within the official books and other homebrew subclasses found elsewhere.
