SOSPETTO-胡散臭い調剤師- (SOSPETTO -Smell Dispenser-) is a card game from Japan. Players are competing shop owners, chemists trying to craft the best medicines. The final winner is the one with the best ingredients with the highest values. Sospetto is Italian for suspect, shady.
Each player can present themselves as different roles, vampires, doctors, assassins, clowns, and so on. In the preparation phase each round, the players improve their hand cards and interfere with their opponents. In the rights phase, the players compete for the ingredients using a butting mechanism, with equal values cancelling out.
The game uses dice and cards, with characters having different powers. The cards can be used in different ways, so a player doesn't know how the opponent will respond, even if they think they know their hand.
The game includes solitaire rules.
