Grand Tourney is a game that mixes worker-placement elements with card driven combat. It explores a piece of the Soulshards universe in which each player controls a character that has been invited to participate in a grand battle tournament.
During gameplay, players will make the most of their limited amount of turns by carefully placing characters and mercenaries. After the last day of preparation, the characters will fight until only one remains.

Soulshards is a fantasy setting focusing on the ups and downs throughout the history of the Keridwyn Empire. Grand Tourney takes place during one of the ‘ups’, a celebration of 100 years spent in relative peace following a brutal civil war. New characters will add their marks to the world just as previous characters have left theirs. Although each game and novel in the setting adds to the tapestry, no previous familiarity is required.
