Players have made it in some of the important seats in the Council of Ministers of the Soviet Republic. However, except for the President (whom is also the chairman of the Council of Ministers), they want to get an even better position. With better status, they will have the possibility to take on more difficult problems, giving them even more influence.
And of course, there is the KGB. You don’t want to upset them, do you? There could be the possibility that you will get assassinated by the silent blade of the KGB.
