Spellbound: Card Game

The object of the game is to make words by adding your cards to columns of letters already on the table. Whenever a word is complete (i.e. it is not possible to add more letters to make a longer word) the player that completed the word removes the cards from the table and keeps them, scoring points. The game ends when a player has put down all their cards. All cards collected from formed words score positive points. All cards left in a player's hand at the end of the game score negative points.
