The High Maethky is seeking the salvage and return of many lost instruments and artifacts to the lost and sunken cosmic laboratory of the Creator Robot, which fell from their body when Maethky was struck down by Maktunath, which the head priest claims is needed to conduct his grand works to improve the lives of all Abysarans at the bequest of the Creator Robot. A representative has commissioned your party, as well as other competing salvage parties, to retrieve these items and be rewarded handsomely. If your party performs well, they will be met with gratitude from the followers of the High Maethky, and likely be commissioned for future work; perhaps even getting to meet the High Maethky himself one day. This may be of particular interest to party members who are religiously inclined, or who suspect that the current High Maethky might be guided by a deception carried out by the spirit of Maktunath - or worse, the Abyssal Kings. Your wanderers may choose to investigate or even immediately mistrust the High Maethky, which will affect the culmination of the episode and any following episodes you choose to create afterwards.
