“Spoiled Milk” is a short investigative scenario of Cthulhu Mythos horror, set in the countryside surrounding H.P. Lovecraft’s fictional town of Arkham. It can be played with access to just the open-source Cthulhu Eternal Jazz Age SRD, which (for convenience) we have bundled with the scenario. The adventure also comes with digital versions of all props and maps, to make it easier to run on a VTT of your preference.

About The Scenario: A sudden rise in the number of residents falling ill after consuming spoiled milk has put the town of Arkham on high alert. People are questioning the quality of the product coming from the three main dairies supplying locals with their daily deliveries. Some have even taken to blaming bleary-eyed milkmen for the spate of illness. Arkham seems on the brink of a milk-related uproar!
But what nobody is talking about is the ... unusual ... nature of the illnesses and hospitalizations reported. Why are the police so close-lipped about their investigations? Is there some kind of link to other unexplained events around town, like the uptick in stillbirths or reports of debris from meteor showers? The Protagonists are drawn into these unexplained events ... hopefully they can find a solution to the mystery before more Arkhamites fall ill ... or worse.
This is the another in our "Miskatonic Mysteries" line of self-contained scenarios set in the fictional part of Massachusetts invented by Lovecraft for his evocative tales of cosmic horror.
