In “Spooky Stories to Play in the Dark” we give advice for running horror games for younger players (8-12): scariness levels, content discussion, and pacing help. We then go through seven popular and well-known kids' horror/Halloween movies and give tips for adapting them to D&D adventures. Finally, we include a “Recommended Reading” list of young reader horror books from the last 10 years for further gaming inspiration.
