Description

The players have to start from point zero after a war in order to get their country's economy going again.

To do this, they can disband existing armies (but lose power) in order to improve education, nutrition, raw material supply and consumer goods industries. Negotiations with the opposing countries, non-aggression pacts and lots of events as well as a variety of dice results control the course of the game.

The balance of power represented by armies (heavy metal chips) and thus decision-making powers is measured on a weight scale.

Two of the participating countries are so-called crisis countries, which have even worse starting conditions. They can also be played as non-player countries.

The player who leads his country to prosperity in the most economic sectors wins the game.
