Description

StarArena is an action-packed Who-Gets-To-The-Top-First_Wins!! and the physical Battle-Arena (Board-Game) to the gratuitous web-published CCG (Card-Game). What might look like a unadventurous roll, spin and move board-game on the surface, is actually an instant timeless classic due to the multiple-levels that rotate around a game-axle. This 'game-mechanic' alters the Arena-Area and Battle-Conditions, therewith things can go from Bad to Worse in an instance while the Game-Gods favor the current player, ...or not!?

The StarArena_Board-Game follows the Rules-Of-Conduct, these Area-Rules are printed on the back of the board so that they may never-get-lost! After it is decided who starts the game by 'Jan-Ken-Pon; A Game-Turn is always started by the roll of the dice! The D8 outcome gives you the amount of 'Actions' you may perform during your turn, divided into 'Turning' and/or 'Moving!'

If the Game-Gods favor you? You can use the larger number of actions gained, to turn the game board into 'Color-Advantage' and 'Level-Up' towards the Top from 'Own-Color-To-Color' without having to do: Card-Battle. If your actions are limited; You should consider spending them on forcing the next-player into Card-Combat? Since the rule is: to Enter the game _from base 'into' the arena_ you must Insert-Coin onto the top-square of the game-board named 'Sanctuary; The first player to reach the top in Card-Battle takes home the Treasure!'

Knocking other players off the game-board back-to-base in card-combat, makes them have to Re-Enter the game and Insert-Coin again, thickening the plot and pot. Thus-far the focus has been on the ROC, the surefire way to Level-Up is; Win in Card-Battle! When you boldly claim a battle with another player, your actions are paused and the Rules-Of-Engagement are set into effect. Win your battle: You may continue your Actions +1 Level-Up! If you fail to be victorious, you loose your actions, your turn ends and your Hero remains on the last location, which could prove precarious in the next-players turn...

It is a deceptively simple game and you have to make the best of each situation, the aim of the game is: Reach Sanctuary First! Just remember; You are not the only one in the Arena with the eyes on the Prize!?
