Star Blades: The Arminian Empire

Introduction
Unlike Walt’s Telkan Empire, this universe is based around a map of our own galaxy, divided into 21 rather arbitrarily bounded "sectors". It is immense compared to Walt’s Telkan Empire of 80 star systems, but it is smaller too, in a strange way.

Since there are only 21 areas for play, easy land grabbing by the players will be over in a hurry, and combat will arise quickly. The only practical difference as regards play, however, is that each sector contains massive numbers of stars, rather than a single system.
