Originally developed in the 1990s but never released - until it was put op on the Master of Orion 3's website as freeware in 2001.
You start on one planet in a star system, and from there you are to build a galactic empire.
There are four races (Humans, Felines, Mentats and Klackons) all with each own abilities as well as rollable stats.
