"Now players can test their skills at operating and reading tricorder or starship sensors. This unique playing aid for STAR TREK: The Role-Playing Game allows players to make Tricorder readings or starship sensor scans, and then use their character's skills to interpret the results.
The Tricorder/Sensors Display is a 7" x 10" full color display panel depicting a Tricorder on one side and the Starship Sensors Console on the other. Information is displayed by adjusting data wheels and reading the results in the various monitors. What's more there are coded strips that may be inserted to display pictures or images of the objects being scanned.
Also included is a 16-page rule booklet giving detailed instructions on the Tricorder and Sensors. Options for using three (3) different Tricorders and four (4) different Sensors are included.
