Description
The Fleet Commander Resource is a participation prize given to players who participated in Month 1, "Attack on Gowron," of the Star Trek: Attack Wing Storyline Organized Play Event, Klingon Civil War.
When using the Fleet Commander resource, you may assign two captains to a single ship. That ship may use both captains' abilities as normal throughout the game. The Captain Skill Number for the ship is equal to the higher skill of the two Captains, plus 1.
Additionally, at the start of the game that ship may add 1 to either it's Shield or Hull value (but only to a maximum of 6 for Hull value).
The Fleet Commander is considered a resource and costs 5 SP.
