Stigmata is a story game of personal redemption. The stories are told from the point of view of stigmatics, individuals bearing marks of intense suffering, who are charged by a divine power to redeem lost souls. Through signs, visions and even miracles the stigmatic must reveal the truth that will free the lost soul from the Cross they bear. The road to redemption is difficult and often paved with many pitfalls, not the least of which is the stigmatic's own Cross. Stigmatics will call upon their Conviction and Devotions to help them on their mission.
