Storms Over Matsu Palace was the third Learn to Play set of Legend of the Five Rings Card Collectible Game and developed the Battle of the Valley of Storms, in which the Unicorn approached Matsu Palace to investigate the use of maho, being decimated by the Lion defenders and their oni allies. This set featured starter decks for the Unicorn and Lion Clan.
