There are three patrol cars (one player or team) who try to catch three traffic offenders (one player or team): a motorist, a pedestrian and a cyclist. The traffic offenders try to reach an individual destination. Movement is determined by a die. The players start on their starting places. If a player gets on a Z-Space he has to start anew. If a traffic offender gets on a M-space he gets a traffic rule card and has to pay a fine; cops have to go to space D (police station) before resuming the pursuit. If a traffic offender gets on the same space as another traffic offender he causes an accident and has to go to the police station before resuming his trip. Whenever a patrol car causes an accident with another patrol car it ist removed from the game. If a traffic offender and a patrol car get on the same space, the traffic offender is imprisoned for the rest of the game.
All fines go to the cops, but if a traffic offender reaches his destination, the cops have to pay him double the fines he has payed.
