This book contains 4 new courses, focused on Lorehold’s area of study:
-Philology, the study of ancient language;
-Relicology, the study of historical artifacts;
-Hoplology, the study of combative behaviors;
-Mythology and narratology, the study of stories.
As well as a fieldwork placement at Pillardrop - a grandiose archaeological dig site close to the Lorehold campus.
A new race, the stonebound spirit, gives players the option to play a spirit of Orrethia’s ancient past, inhabiting a statue body
A new wizard subclass, the School of Archaeomancy, which taps into the magic of spell scrolls into unique ways.
New extracurricular activities: the society of archivists who focus on archival work in the Biblioplex, the Strixhaven financial club who focus on budgeting and helping students economically, and the archeological guild who do small digs around campus as practical practice.
