Struckle is a quadruple-player abstract strategy board game that takes players on a journey into the depths of creativity and critical thinking. It's a unique blend of tactics and strategy, where the engaging game's mechanics are matched by the depth of the gameplay.
The game board is an 8x8 grid reminiscent of a chessboard with colorful tiles each connecting with different elements of the game to create a uniquely challenging landscape. The number four plays a special role in Struckle, with four sides battling via a set of four pieces. Each set of four pieces available to a player is nudged to behave like a team by the game’s peculiar turn’s definition.
At its core, Struckle is a game of strategy and emergence. Players take turns mobilizing their entire teams at once and using their powers, when available. Progress toward the final objective of occupying two goal squares is intertwined by actions to disrupt the opponents’ plans.
