Subway Station

The subway, one of the cities newer accomplishments. This is one of the smaller stations. Still it is built to impress. The sturdy concrete walls are hidden behind sandstone columns and a mosaic of polished tiles. The floor as well is plastered with expensive marble. Even the benches for waiting pedestrians are crafted from polished brass and lacquered hardwood. A small number of magical glow stones are mounted on the walls providing an even illumination. A soft breeze blows through the station, from the tunnels of the subway, up the stairways to the surface to provide fresh air at all times.
