User Summary

You play as Nigel Burke, a guy with no obvious medical skills, put in (sole) charge of a heart transplant. What could go wrong!? With a range of tools available to you (including the most common of medical instruments - the hammer), the player uses 5 keys on the keyboard to control each finger and mouse to move and rotate the hand as you set about getting inside the patient and swapping out that pesky heart in the fastest time and with the smallest amount of blood loss. Or, at worst, refrain from killing the patient for the longest amount of time...
