Tack™ is a deck of playing cards and a game authoring system. 14+ different games have be designed with this system. There are three games included. The publisher encourages people to invent games that meld numbers, colors, symbols or other combination. Each card has six Types in a simple and functional face. These playing cards also have many melding opportunities and some of the best melds use addition or subtraction as the goal for collection.
The Tack™ deck is suitable for playing new games unavailable to a regular card deck. Regular card games including Crazy Eights, Oh Hell!, Texas Hold 'Em, Poker, Hearts can be played with this deck.
Each tuck-box has rules for three original games ( http://www.gameyex.com/rules.html ) and comes complete with all the tools needed to author new games.
The quality of this deck is good and feels best after it has been worked a few times. Printed on 14pt German card stock with a glossy finish, it pleases both the eye and the mind.
