Tactico!

The game is played on a board with 16 numbered chips face down in three rows. The objective is to force your opponent to remove the last chip on the board. Players take turns removing up to 4 chips from any one row until only one chip is left. The player who removes the last chip scores the value on that chip. The first player to accumulate 30 or more point loses the game.
