Description
Are you ready to lead your Legionnaires?!
According to the Gamealogical Institute History Department (wink, wink), this strategy game is derived from teaching methods used in the development of new Centurion Candidates in the far reaches of the north-west during the Late Roman empire.
Protect your flanks, master the use of the column and square formations and prove to the Training cadre that you are ready to lead. This is a 2 player strategy game with very dynamic play; particularly as columns and square formations can break up and new ones be formed as you direct individual units on the battle field.
Tacticum includes multiple play setups known as "training scenarios". Additional scenarios are added to the Gamealogical Institute website.
