Theme: You are a rich man from Mexico at the turn of the 19th century that has a hacienda in the surrounding regions of the newly founded city of Tampica. Tampica is a developing city under the yoke of General Santa Anna. The General in charge of this part of Mexico, rules with an iron fist this new city. Unfortunately, responsibilities prevent him to pursue his ambitions for military expansion. He therefore summons the richest people in the region (the players) to erect the city as well as produce the greatest possible weapons. As a reward, he promises to offer the keys to the city to the best candidate.
Gameplay: Players will have to send their workers to explore the surrounding regions to discover beds of resources and materials. They will fight for control of these resources, exploit them to construct various buildings, which in turn will enable them to build tools, pistols, rifles and machine guns, aiding them in production or combat. When the General is satisfied with a player, he gives him victory points.
Goal: Earn the most victory points during the game, the points represent that the General is satisfied with a player. Points are given to those who control the resources, that construct buildings, that produce weapons and that use certain special buildings.
