Description
The Gazelle is small, highly manoeuvrable and fast. The French use this versatile little Helicopter as a scout armed with a 20mm cannon that is very capable of successfully engaging light vehicles and Helicopters. Instead it can be equipped with HOT (Haut subsonique Optiquement Teleguide Tire d’un Tube) missiles to become a very effective tank hunter. The Gazelle is definitely more hunter than prey.
