Tass Times in Towntone is a multi-platform graphic text adventure based in an alternate reality. Along with a sidekick dog, the protagonist jumps through a portal to a surreal world heavily influenced by 1980's punk culture. In this alternate world, animals can speak and deviation from the punk culture is harshly punished. The goal is to defeat the bizarre crocodile-like Franklin Snarl and rescue your grandfather from his clutches.
The interface is similar to other mid-1980's graphic adventures, with players typing commands to take actions. Certain actions may also be achieved through pressing on-screen buttons.
