Te Deum pour un massacre is a French-language role-playing game set during the Wars of Religion in XVI century France. The characters are created with a life paths system. The characteristic values are expressed as a polyhedral die (d4 to d20): to decide the outcome of an action, the die roll is added to the skill value, and the sum is compared to the level of difficulty of the action.
The 2nd edition core box contains two hardcover books, each one over 500 pages long. The first exposes the setting in detail, while the second contains the game rules and three adventures.
