Technocracy is a game of economic manipulation and military strategy for 2 to 4 players. Technology is the prize resource, and can be traded for gold, other resources, or Achievement Cards.
Gain territories that produce resources. Use those resources to build military assets such as armies, navies, air forces and missiles. Colonize or capture more territories with your armies. Defend your territories with strategic placement of your assets.
Achievement Cards can augment your military assets' abilities. Trade in technology for a card and gain those abilities for the rest of the game. The abilities include reducing oil costs for armies, making missiles travel farther, doubling an air force's range, and more.
Complete a continent and earn a bonus that includes resources, gold and technology. Completing a set number of continents wins the game.
