From the introduction:
This is a story game about how catastrophic failure can emerge from the amalgamation of small (even microscopic) failures by different people. Much like in the film Memento, the story will start at the end, and each scene will precede the last, maintaining the failure that triggered the chain reaction secret until the last scene.
