Earth Date 2364.5: Captain’s Operations Log
We departed Lunar Colony Sigma at 0630 Lunar cycle, cadet crew performed a text-book launch and exceptional calculation of Lunar gravity to enter our shuttle into a stable orbit around the earth. The crew is of high spirits, having passed the Terran sling-shot maneuver in simulation a dozen times. They have the confidence and ease of a veteran bridge crew. I’m proud to call them my crew, and look forward to an easy journey free of incident.
