walks up to you and introduces himself.
"I am Richard DeTwiddle, mayor of Solace. As you probably know, our neighbor, the town of Bankish, is under constant attack from Satyr's. They are men that stand on two horse's feet, and have horns. They are offering a large reward to anyone who can stop their plundering of food, drink and valuables."
