The Band is a card game easy to learn and fast to play. The goal of the game is to form your own band (singer, guitarist, bassist, drummer), but watch out for other players: they will have the same goal as you! Opponents will be able to get in your way with fierce Groupies, Producers ready for anything and unscrupulous Head Hunters. Don't worry, though: your Bodyguards will protect you from any malicious player.
Draw from the main deck and play as many cards as you want. The cards you play go into your personal discard pile, called the backstage pile. If you draw an event you skip the turn and suffer (or all players suffer) the effects of the event. Events discard onto a common discard pile and cannot be owned by players. You must have a maximum of 4 cards in your hand to end your turn. If you have more, you can discard the excess cards to the backstage (without using them) and pass the turn. The first to form a complete band wins!
