Banderhobbs are grotesque and formidable beings, their very existence is unsettling. These hulking creatures superficially resemble giant bipedal toads, yet their appearance is far from ordinary. Standing at ogre-sized proportions, their frames appear both scrawny and stout, as if their limbs were haphazardly assembled by a mad artist. Their limbs culminate in long, razor-sharp claws, an incongruous feature amidst their otherwise bulky forms.
Atop their amphibian-like heads sit two bulbous, empty eyes that exude an unsettling yellow void. These eyes, like windows to the abyss, hint at the cosmic darkness within them. Within the cavernous maw of a Banderhobb, a serpentine tongue and two rows of serrated fangs await their unfortunate prey. It's a visage that strikes terror into the hearts of those who encounter these creatures.
This supplement includes a revised version of the Banderhobb stat block, two new Banderhobb variants, a playable Banderhobb species (the Bullyhobb), and four new Banderhobb-themed spells. The revised stat block eliminates the need for DM to track anything during combat, replacing daily and single use abilities with a version of the recharge mechanic.
