Description
Handicap Horse Racing is basically a solitaire game which recreates a horse race. It takes the Daily Racing Form Past Performances and shows how to analyze it and fill out a Handicap Form Analysis Sheet. The player then alternates turns between using a spinner for the Analysis Sheet and playing Action Racing Cards. The box states that players will learn to read horse racing performance charts and how to handicap (predict) race results for all types of bets including; Daily Double, Quinella, Exacta and Tri-fecta. A clever and unique approach.
