Included in this file:
Helena of Syracuse. Human Barbarian (mighty heroine). A descendant of Heracles, Helena is a professional fighter, but not a soldier. She doesn't wear armor and rarely uses weapons because she doesn't need them. Her two fists and her trusty sidekick, Aeolia, are all she needs.
Matia of the Ortani. Human Rogue (scout). Raised in the wilderness of Iberia, Matia is such a skilled huntress and herbalist that she is sometimes mistaken for a Ranger. However, she is not a warrior. She is a stalker, skilled at striking a quarry's vitals from the shadows and delivering a quick kill.
Misti of the Drakonnaus. Human Paladin (Ran). A devoted follower of the Norse goddess of Seas and Plunder, Misti is a Viking stranded in Trinakria. She is an expert with the net and carries a unique, long-handled shortsword.
Sattia of Alfheim. Elf Paladin (Sol). After completing her military commission for Prince Fenian in Alfland, Sattia decided to come to Midgard and find work as a mercenary. Heavily armored and wielding a large sword, she is fearless and eager for battle.
Vanni the Sorceress. Human Sorceress (arcane). A troubled and rebellious youth, Vanni was sent to a military academy in Alfheim to learn discipline. She learned about war and the ways of elves, but the most important lessons didn't stick. Now she has escaped the academy and returned to Midgard, seeking to develop her sorcery.
Yrsa Ragnarsdottir. Human Fighter (Champion [SRD]). Yrsa is a shield maiden, raised in the north. When she was a teenager, her clan revolted against their king and lost. The rebel leaders were executed and the rest of the clan was exiled. Migrating south, Yrsa's family lived among the Gauls, but soon moved further south, finding work in Rome as mercenaries. She spent two years helping the Romans fight the Greeks in Southern Italia. Now, she is in Trinakria and looking for her next mercenary opportunity.
