The Cape of 9 Lives is a magical cloak that appears to be made of fine, dark material adorned with a border covered by golden patterns.
The goal with this one was a low-level protective item that can be dolled out, destroyed and repurchased or given out again in various common loot. Doesn't make a bad buffer to extend the lives of some low level enemies either.
