The Channeller is a spellcaster that uses souls for this very purpose. Either their understanding of their own soul's power or with the help of other creatures souls they manifest spells that rival those of other great magic-users like for example wizards and clerics.
Apart from their full spell list and ritual casting abilities, the Channeller also has the power to enhance themselves on inklings and essences of other creatures souls, often determined by that creature's type. This makes the Channeller a class that is often in flux, juggling different bonuses and powers over the day and being a very versatile part of their group.
