Starting with a small team and a little money, your job is to create and execute a strategy to turn your business into a streamlined and efficient product delivery machine. You'll be challenged to use your resources carefully...which markets to serve, what upgrades to invest in, what actions to take (and at what time) for the greatest return.
Think ahead, react, adapt, and anticipate...and keep an eye on your competition.
