At the beginning of each game session (and sometimes at other points as well), the Chairperson is to call the meeting to order and draw an Event Card (see “Cards” for more details). The Chairperson is responsible for setting the daily agenda, calling for responses to the news, organizing decision making (such as votes), and calling for faction meeting breaks.
