A laboratory building is the target of sabotage and espionage during an extended period of unrest in the city. The PCs, employed by the lab as extra security during the citywide unrest, are tasked with helping with the defense of the building and are central to stopping the plot.

The Concrete Maelstrom is a short cyberpunk adventure designed for a group of beginning characters and intended to be the pilot for a new campaign. The adventure includes a map, NPC stats, and suggestions for further adventures.

This version is compatible with New World: 2D6 Adventure in a Cyberpunk America, which uses the Cepheus Engine (CE), Cepheus Deluxe (CD), and the Original Science Fiction Roleplaying Game (OSFRPG) rules.
