The game consists of three card types: Projects, Employees and Events. Take on Projects and attempt to assign the right mix of Employee cards to them in order to win points.
Played either from your own hand or a common "Resource Pool", Employee cards represent a diverse workforce, each with their own artwork and unique mix of skills.
Each turn you must take and play an Event card which may either help or hinder you (for example by stealing an Employee from another player or by making a Project more difficult to complete). Once all Event cards have been drawn, the game ends and the final scores are tallied.
