Description
This is a tier 3 (levels 10-14) adventure about a black dragon in a nearby swamp. The dragon found a way to use an arcane device in his lair to extract people's souls and become a powerful spellcaster. A group of valiant adventurers rushes to the scene with the hope of saving as many of the missing travelers as possible. They have heard that a medium-sized population of kobolds follows the dragon around and worships it.
This adventure has it all. There are roleplaying opportunities, underground exploration, and a BBEG dragon with obscure intentions.
