This issue of The Dungeoneer is titled as vol.1 #4. At this point it was published bimonthly by the Fantastic Dungeoning Society. There were three printings before being compiled into The Compendium of The Dungeoneer by Judges Guild. The compendium contained the issues #1-6. However, the Discs of Severe do not appear in the compendium.
