Hidden among the rocky slopes of the Volteren Mountains in southeast Dracia is a sizable grotto lost in the shadows of the crags. Beyond the unassuming entrance lies a secreted treasure of horrific power. A group of Zagoratha cultists found refuge here long ago and devised a way to safeguard it from outsiders. To discover this forgotten den of tainted malice could mean a bloody demise to any who enter.
The Eye of Zagoratha is a Q-Crawl, or Quick-Crawl, that can be run for a group of four to six players with 5th-level characters. This crawl would be considered a ‘medium’ to ‘hard’ encounter.
