As a DM, you can use these to flavor your monsters and NPC's. As a player, you can become a fleshwarper yourself, or earn rewards from enterprising fleshwarpers. Whether it's a horrific mutilation or an enhancement no less natural than the party druid turnin' into a T-rex is probably in the eyes of the beholder. So get a few beholder eyes, and figure it out for yourself!
